This is a fun new approach to aqua aerobics. This new development requires no coordination or skill, the only requirement is that you must be ready to have fun and get fit at the same time.
Using the properties of water, this class is perfect for those with arthritis, mild osteoporosis and mobility diseases. Choose from two programs to suit your level of fitness. Just come along and get ready to boogie!!
